Can you please specify the CNG tank volume in litres?

We are providing variations in CNG tank capacity based on the accommodation issue on the vehicles generally. One tank contains 80-90 litres in capacity, so 7-8 tanks will be fitted in the vehicle, consisting of 100-120 Kg of gas.

Does your installation cost include Cylinder brackets, Valves and fuel piping too?

Yes.

Are all components being used certified as per IS Standard / AIS requirements? If so, please tabulate and specify the standard that you have met.

All components are certified, and we can provide type approvals on demand.

It has been observed that the existing turbocharger shall be used in opting the existing engine modification proposal. Can you please let us know how a TC of the diesel engine can be performed in CNG? Also, can you please let us know whether any such type of conversion is done and how the same performance is?

Looking at the condition of your turbocharger, we can decide to make use of it; otherwise, we will install a new turbocharger under the cost mentioned. We can provide more details over a call or meeting.

Do you prefer to do the proto vehicle conversion in one place only?

We do have a dealer network; therefore, the conversion activity will be at the dealer level.

Will the modifications and retro fitment be done at our place?

Yes, it can be done, but the place where the conversion is taking place should be equipped necessarily with the right tools and equipment.

Do you have an Approval from ICAT/ARAI?

Yes, we do have the approvals.

what is the difference between a distributor system and an electronic system?

ECM-based ignition system allows the engine’s ignition time to be set perfectly for different engine speeds and load conditions. This allows to generate good power and save fuel. Distributor based ignition system is a fixed ignition timing strategy, and it cannot be set variably for different engine speeds and loads, thereby compromising its power and torque performance. ECM Based, Contact-less electronic Ignition System and Distributor based ignition system. Outdated Technology. Last used by OEMs in the year 2000.

Does your dealer network offer after-sales service?

Yes, after-sales service is provided by the dealers.

Is this system is successful in 'ghat' sections or in hilly regions?

Yes, our system being electronic is successful even in 'ghat' sections / hilly terrains.

How much additional can this system bear?

Generally, overload is not an issue if done within permissible limits.

What is the procedure for taking up your dealership, and what is the minimum investment?

Do you convert only heavy commercial vehicles?

Yes, presently, our focus is only on converting heavy commercial vehicles with six-cylinder engines.

What is the cost of fitting the LNG system?

Do you convert Buses?

Yes, we convert six-cylinder engines of only TATA and Leyland make. However, for Leyland make we only go for modification. For other makes, you have to send in your vehicle for at least six months because it has to be sent for the type approval.

Do you convert Tippers? If yes, which models?

Yes, we convert all models above 15 T GVW.

Do you have vehicle-related Type approval?

Yes, it is approved by ICAT.

Will you provide roadside assistance when the vehicle faces a breakdown?

Yes, our technicians will reach your vehicle within a time frame decided by our company.

Will old parts be taken back by the company?

As per our policy, engine-related components will be taken back by us.

Do you provide a warranty on the systems?

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty for new engine replacement, and for modification of an existing engine, we offer a six-month warranty.

Do you convert BS6 Vehicles?

No, as per Government of India regulations, we cannot convert BS6 as of now.

In what timeframe can I expect returns on this investment?

In our experience, you can expect returns by the end of the first year itself; however, it depends on the running of your vehicles.

Do you convert DG sets?

Yes, we can convert DG sets as well.

Do you convert Off-road vehicles like excavators?

Yes, we can on a special request.

Do you convert models of Bharat Benz/Eicher/Mahindra?

Yes, we can convert any six-cylinder engine model, but you have to send us the vehicle for atleast six months because it has to be sent for the type approval.

Are the parts available locally?

Mostly, parts that are consumed are of TATA/Leyland can be sourced easily locally, but the dedicated line of products for CNG/LNG will be provided through our dealers only.

What is the maintenance cost per year?

It would be around Rs.68000/-, similar to diesel vehicles, not more than that.

Is financing option available?

Yes, provided your vehicle is free from existing financial obligations.

What is the cost of insurance after conversion?

Please check with your Insurance company.

Can RTO endorsement be done after conversion?

Yes, it can be done immediately after submitting the documents to respective RTO.

Will the existing vehicle warranty get discontinued after conversion?

Existing warranty on engines will be discontinued, but you will get a warranty on the driveline. For further clarifications, ask your respected dealers.

Can you convert vehicles that carry hazardous materials?

Yes, we already have PESO approvals, so such vehicles can very well be taken care of.

Does your cost include everything with respect to installations?

Yes, you don’t have to pay anything extra.
